Vacuum Marinator (Massager) STvega Vacuum Tumblers L1000 Designed for processing products such as poultry, pork, beef. Its main function is to quickly and efficiently massage, mix and salt raw materials processed in a vacuum.

Processing of meat raw materials in a vacuum preserves the quality and freshness of products due to the extraction of oxygen and the destruction of microorganisms, which also significantly extends its shelf life. This technology makes it possible to soften meat fibers without destroying them, which ultimately makes it possible to carry out high-quality and fast marinating or salting of meat raw materials. Products after such processing acquire juiciness and exceptional taste, which makes the product more attractive to the consumer.

Principle of operation:

A vacuum meat massager works very simply: with the help of a tipper, the product is loaded into the drum, the sealed lid is closed, a vacuum is created inside the drum, under the influence of which the pores and fibers of the products are opened, so the marinade penetrates as deep as possible. In this case, the drum rotates: the contents are mixed, so that the marinade is evenly distributed throughout the structure of the meat. With this process, the vacuum massager will marinate poultry, pork or beef meat in a minimum number of cycles.

The operator can adjust the operation parameters of the equipment, as well as control the automatic loading/unloading of the product using the touch screen control panel.
