If necessary, the machine can be equipped with a reverse function, which makes it easier to clean the auger when the product is stopped or blocked.
Principle of operation:
Meat raw materials are loaded by the operator into the intake hole, from where it is automatically fed to the cutting unit by means of a rotating auger. In the cutting unit, the product is crushed with a knife and passes through a perforated plate, forming minced meat of a homogeneous consistency. The process takes place continuously until the complete completion of the supply of raw materials.
