Description
STvega Meat Cutter H41 is a compact high-tech equipment designed for efficient grinding, mixing and emulsification of various types of food raw materials. Despite its size, the machine is equipped with a powerful drive and a knife shaft with a speed of up to 4500 rpm, which allows you to obtain the ideal structure of minced meat, sausage emulsions or vegetable pastes.
Principle of operation:
The raw material is loaded by the operator into the cutter bowl, after which the grinding cycle is started using a remote control panel. High-speed knives with individual geometry ensure intense grinding, while the rotation of the bowl ensures that the entire mass is mixed evenly. The design allows you to add spices or liquid without stopping the process. Once the required consistency is reached, the finished product is unloaded manually by the operator, and the integrated tap on the bowl lid allows for quick sanitization after the work is completed.
Equipment advantages:
- The high rotation speed of the knives up to 4500 rpm provides an excellent emulsification effect and allows you to achieve professional homogenization quality even on small volumes of raw materials.
- Specially designed knives made of high-quality steel have complex geometries, which guarantees stable operation and efficient grinding of fibrous products.
- The integrated oiler on the knife shaft provides direct access for lubricating the bearing units without the need to dismantle the knife assembly.
- The built-in water tap on the protective lid greatly facilitates the process of washing the bowl and knives, saving staff time between production cycles.
- The use of components from world leaders SKF and Schneider in critical components of the machine guarantees stable operation of electronics and mechanisms under prolonged loads.
- The body and bowl made of stainless steel grade 304 provide high corrosion resistance of the equipment in conditions of high humidity and regular treatment with detergents.
