Description
The STvega Portioned Corn H3400 machine is designed for precise cutting of corn, carrots, daikon and other products with similar density and size into uniform parts of the appropriate thickness. According to the customer’s terms of reference, the machine can be manufactured with individual overall dimensions and conveyor belt dimensions, depending on the characteristics of the production line and product sizes.
Principle of operation:
After starting the machine, the operator stacks the corn individually on a conveyor belt equipped with V-shaped metal holders evenly spaced along its entire length. The shape of the holders ensures the correct position of the product during transport. Next, the conveyor feeds the product to the cutting block with disc knives, where it is cut into pieces according to the specified thickness. The slicing size is determined by the distance between the disc knives, which can be adjusted according to technological requirements. After cutting, the product is directed to the receiving container or transferred to the next section of the automated line.
Equipment advantages:
- The conveyor belt with V-shaped metal holders ensures stable product feeding and precise positioning.
- Disc knives guarantee a clean and precise cut without tearing, while maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the cut parts.
- The ability to easily change the configuration of the knives allows you to quickly adapt the machine to different cutting schemes – cutting into parts, removing only the upper and lower parts.
- The body of the machine and all parts in contact with the product are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, which meets food safety requirements.
