Description

The STvega Broot Cutting H800 machine is designed for fast and precise trimming of broccoli, cauliflower and romanescu cabbage. Thanks to a well-thought-out vegetable positioning system and automated pruning, the equipment provides high productivity with minimal operator intervention. The machine is ideal for processing enterprises engaged in the preparation of vegetables for freezing, packaging or further processing.

Principle of operation:

The operator manually places each vegetable in a special hole on the conveyor belt. Due to the precise fixation of the head of cabbage in the groove, the correct positioning for slicing is ensured. The product is transported to the cutting section, where a sharp blade cuts off the lower part of the cob (root) along a given trajectory. The finished cut heads are automatically fed to the next stage or to the product container, and the waste is sent to a separate collection area.
