Description
The STvega HDFS 60 machine is designed for delicate slicing of meat, meat products and fish into strips. The equipment has high performance, easy operation and maintenance, made of food-grade stainless steel SUS 304. It is possible to adjust the cutting width.
This equipment is intended for use in medium and large food industries, catering enterprises. The machine replaces the manual labor of several people and greatly improves production efficiency.
Principle of operation:
The product is stacked on the conveyor belt by the operator or supplied by means of a feed conveyor. Further, along the conveyor belt, the product is sent to the cutting area, where it falls under the action of horizontally located blocks of disc knives and is cut into strips of a given size. The cut product falls down onto the unloading conveyor belt and is fed through it to the container for finished products or to the next stage of processing.
Note: the equipment is designed for slicing non-stringy boneless meat, the recommended meat temperature during cutting is up to 0°.
