Description

The STvega Elevator L2900 feed elevator is a specialized loading equipment designed for receiving, pre-soaking and automated lifting of products to the next stages of processing. The large volume of the loading hopper allows you to accept raw materials in large batches, ensuring their systematic supply to washing, cleaning or cutting machines.

Principle of operation:

The products are loaded into the receiving bunker-bath, where they are pre-accumulated and soaked to soften contaminants. A special conveyor belt equipped with transverse partitions (blades) passes directly through the entire length of the bath, securely captures raw materials from the bottom of the hopper and smoothly lifts them to the discharge area. During lifting, the product passes under the nozzle block, where it is finally washed with clean running water. The speed of the conveyor belt is regulated by the operator using a frequency converter.
