Description
STvega Frozen Meat Slicer H455 is a high-performance equipment specially designed for cutting all types of boneless frozen meat, such as pork, beef, lamb, with a temperature of -10 to 0 °C. The slicing thickness is adjustable in the range from 0.3 to 700 mm, which provides maximum flexibility for different production needs.

Principle of operation:
The frozen product is placed by the operator on the conveyor. In front of the slicing area, the product is exposed to a clamping mechanism that positions and fixes it with four guide heads. This ensures an accurate, even, and high-quality cut at the output. Next, a pusher with a studded surface provides a secure grip on the product and feeds it into the cutting area. Slicing is carried out with a guillotine knife, which cuts slices (slices) of a given thickness. Its value depends on the feed speed and operation of the knife, and the operator adjusts these parameters through the touch screen.
The conveyor feeds the finished product into the prepared container or to the next stage of the technological process. The recommended temperature of the product during cutting is from -6 to -5 °C.
