The machines of the STvega Pork Rem H/HA series are designed for accurate and effective skinning, film removal of various types of meat during processing. Principle of operation:

In the automatic models of the HA series , the operator lays the prepared piece of meat with the skin down on the conveyor belt. The belt feeds the product to the corrugated working shaft, which, together with the pressure roller, fixes and moves it forward. At this point, the cutting knife removes the skin that enters the waste compartment and the meat is fed to the exit.

In semi-automatic models of the H series , there is no conveyor. The operator independently feeds a piece of meat with the skin down, presses it down and passes it through the corrugated shaft and cutting knife on the working surface of the machine. The process is controlled manually, but thanks to its simple design, it does not require special skills.
