Description
The STvega Meat Cutter H80 is a professional-grade high-speed technological equipment designed for fine grinding of raw materials and the preparation of high-quality meat and vegetable emulsions. Thanks to a powerful drive and a knife shaft with a rotation speed of up to 4500 rpm, the machine provides a reference quality of product homogenization. Principle of operation:
The raw materials are loaded into the cutter bowl, where, under the action of high-speed knives of complex geometry, grinding occurs to a given fraction or state of homogeneous mass. The operator controls the process through a remote control, adjusting the optimal rotation speed of the knives and bowl depending on the recipe. At the end of the process, an automated discharge disc is activated, which quickly and without residue moves the finished mass into the receiving tank, ensuring the continuity of the production cycle.
