Industrial meat grinder for processing meat into minced meat STvega Meat Grinder L120/130/250 is a powerful professional equipment specially designed for efficient cutting and grinding of frozen meat without pre-defrosting. Thanks to the high-strength knife and the specially designed auger, the machine easily handles frozen meat at temperatures down to -12 °C, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The meat grinder is versatile, high productivity and provides an opportunity to get minced meat of different textures thanks to replaceable diaphragms.

Principle of operation:

Meat raw materials are loaded into the receiving hopper of the machine, after which they are captured by a rotary auger and transported to the cutting unit. Inside the node, the raw material passes through a set of knives and grates with holes of different diameters, where it turns into minced meat of the desired consistency. If necessary, the operator can change the grate to change the degree of grinding. The machine supports both forward and reverse rotation modes to prevent product blockage. The finished minced meat is fed into the output tray or directly to the subsequent stage of production.
