Description
The equipment provides stable cut quality, high accuracy of product positioning and significantly reduces manual labor during the preparation of products for further processing or packaging.
The machine can be manufactured in a single or double row version depending on the required production capacity. Thanks to its compact design, the equipment can be easily integrated into existing process lines.
How the equipment works:
After starting the machine, the operator manually places the product in the metal lodgements of the conveyor belt. The design of the transport system ensures that each product is securely fixed and its stable position throughout the entire transportation process.
During the movement of the conveyor, the product is automatically fed to the knife block, where it is additionally fixed by the upper clamping mechanism in front of the cutting zone. This prevents the product from shifting and ensures high cutting accuracy.
Cutting is done with a set of disc knives in one pass. The thickness of the resulting pieces is determined by the configuration of the knife block and the distance between the disc knives. If necessary, the number of knives and the scheme of their installation can be changed in accordance with the technological process.
After the cutting is completed, the finished product is automatically unloaded into the receiving container or transferred to the next stage of the production line.
What ensures the efficiency of the machine:
- The mechanical design of the machine minimizes the impact of the human factor on the cutting process, ensuring stable quality of finished products regardless of the duration of work.
- The metal cradles of the conveyor belt ensure the precise positioning of each product and its stable transportation without displacement.
- The upper clamping mechanism additionally fixes the product in front of the cutting area, ensuring a clean and uniform cut.
- A set of disc knives performs cutting in one pass, which allows you to get pieces of the same size without deforming the product.
- The adjustable arrangement of the disc knives allows you to set the optimal indent for trimming the upper or lower part of the product, taking into account the natural diversity of the vegetables.
- The electrical control system is placed in a separate protected unit, which reduces the impact of moisture, dust and contaminants on electronic components, increasing the reliability of equipment operation and simplifying maintenance.
- The machine can be manufactured in a single or double row version depending on the required production capacity.
- The body of the equipment and all parts in contact with the product are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of the food industry.
