The STvega Barrel Box H300 professional tunneling machine is designed for automated sanitization of recyclable plastic containers, including trays, boxes and baskets used in food production. fatty and protein products in the meat, dairy and confectionery industries.

Principle of operation:

The contaminated container is installed by the operator on a chain conveyor belt, which smoothly moves it through a closed tunnel hopper to undergo a full cleaning cycle. The process is divided into two main functional sections: in the first section, dirt and grease are actively removed using a hot washing solution, which is heated by a powerful 20 kW heating element and supplied under pressure through an extensive system of nozzles. In the second section, the container is finally rinsed with clean running water to finally remove the remnants of contaminants and chemicals. After leaving the tunnel, the completely cleaned container enters the unloading compartment, where it is removed by the operator for further use in the production cycle.
