Description
The STvega Meat Slicer HS frozen food slicer machine is suitable for slicing frozen boneless meat such as pork, beef, chicken with a temperature of -5 to -10 ° C. HS marking indicates the material of the machine – stainless steel. This machine is available in three versions: 280, 430 and 630, the main difference of which is the maximum cutting width and, as a result, productivity.
Principle of operation:
The product is loaded by the operator into the feed compartment, after which the pusher evenly directs the product at a given speed to the cutting area, where the guillotine knife, lowering, cuts the product along the entire width of the cutting area. The operator sets the thickness of the slicing using the touch control panel, where he sets the feed speed and slicing speed. Next, the cut product enters the unloading area, from where it is sent by the operator to containers for finished products or for further processing.
It is possible to install a stand-up additional conveyor with an adjustable belt speed for moving the finished product (the price is calculated individually according to the client’s technical specifications).
