Description
The STvega Meat Cutter H200 is a powerful high-tech equipment designed for intensive use in meat processing plants. The machine is designed for fast grinding, production of high-quality minced meat and stable meat emulsions. Thanks to a powerful motor and an integrated hydraulic loading and unloading system, this cutter provides a high level of productivity and full automation of the work cycle, minimizing the use of the manual labor.
Principle of operation:
The grinding process begins with automatic loading: a hydraulic hoist throws the trolley with raw materials directly into the rotating bowl. Six strong knives on the shaft, rotating at a linear speed of up to 120 m/s, instantly break up the tissues of the product, forming a homogeneous mass. The operator controls the process through the touch panel, adjusting the speed of the knives and bowl to a specific recipe. At the end of the cycle, the hydraulic discharge disc automatically discharges the finished minced meat through the discharge tray into the container.
