Description

The STvega Meat Slicer H800 is a specialized industrial equipment designed to quickly and accurately cut fresh or chilled meat into slices. The model is equipped with a block of disc knives, which provides stable parallel cutting of the product in one pass.

The machine is the optimal solution for deboning workshops, meat processing plants and food enterprises. The design allows you to work with both clean fillets and complex products (offal, meat with veins or skin), providing an even cut without breaking fibers.

Principle of operation:

The prepared raw materials are loaded by the operator into the receiving compartment. Under the influence of its own weight, the product is lowered into the slicing area, where a block of high-speed disc knives divides it into uniform slices. The thickness of the cut is determined by the distance between the knives in the block (from 2 to 30 mm according to the customer’s terms of reference). Finished products go through the lower compartment directly into the container or onto the conveyor belt.

  • Special notches on disc knives provide a forced grip on the product, preventing it from slipping. This guarantees a stable feed and clean cutting of raw materials with skin, veins or films without damaging the meat structure.
  • The body and cutting elements are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to aggressive detergents and corrosion.

* The thickness of the slice is determined by the pitch of the knives in the installed unit and is not adjustable. To change the thickness of the slicing, it is necessary to replace the working block.
