Machine for cutting (chopping) herbs, stems, leaves STvega Gilo H1000

The STvega Gilo H1000 machine is an easy-to-operate equipment designed for cutting, shredding, cutting grass, leaves, greenery, plant stems. The machine has the ability to adjust the speed of lowering the knife and the speed of the conveyor belt. There are two modifications of this machine, differing in the width of the conveyor belt (200 and 300 mm, respectively).

This equipment is an excellent solution for cutting medicinal herbs, processing herbs, grinding a product with increased density and hardness.

Principle of operation:

The product is placed on the conveyor belt with the help of the operator. Moving along the conveyor belt, the product is fixed by a clamping mechanism and falls under the action of a vertically lowering knife. Slicing takes place according to the principle of a guillotine – the knife moves downwards, providing fast, accurate and uniform cutting. After cutting, the product enters the container for finished products.
