Description

The STvega DM-1 centrifuge is designed to remove surface moisture from foods: salads, chopped vegetables and fruits, rice and other ingredients. Drying is carried out using centrifugal force, which ensures efficient and gentle drying without damaging the structure of the product.

Principle of operation:

The product is evenly loaded by the operator into a removable basket, which is installed inside the working chamber of the centrifuge. After closing the lid, the safety sensor is activated and the machine automatically starts the rotation cycle. During operation, the inner drum rotates with the basket, creating a centrifugal force that displaces excess moisture from the surface of the product. The displaced moisture is discharged through the drain pipe into the prepared container. At the end of the cycle, the operator opens the lid and removes the dried product.
