Description

The STvega WeighPack Line is designed for automatic weighing and packaging of various types of vegetables, fruits and herbs – such as carrots, cucumbers, bananas, peppers and other products.

At the first stage, the electronic scale accurately doses the required amount of product according to the given weight. After weighing, the products are automatically fed to the packaging station using an elevator. The packaging machine forms individual bags, adapting to the size of the products, and ensures that they are sealed to maintain freshness. The combination of 12 electronic scales allows you to select the desired weight of each serving with high accuracy with minimal error. Full automation of the process allows you to reduce the loss of raw materials, avoid exceeding the specified weight in the package and reduce the need for manual labor. The use of a belt conveyor allows you to accurately and delicately weigh viscous or fragile products, ensuring their stable supply without damage.

The machine is designed for high-precision dosing and automatic weighing of various types of vegetable and fruit products. Equipped with a system of multihead scales (2, 12 or more heads), it allows you to quickly form portions according to a given weight.

This equipment is ideal for fragile or non-standard products. The case is made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel, all components are easy to clean and maintain.

Conveyor-elevator

A conveyor-elevator is used to feed suspended products to the packaging station. Its design ensures smooth transportation of even unstable or easily deformed products without damaging them. The tape is made of food-grade silicone, and all body elements are made of stainless steel, which meets the requirements for equipment for the food industry.

The feeding speed can be adjusted depending on the settings of the packaging machine. Such a system allows you to achieve coordinated continuous operation of the entire line.

The machine is designed for automatic packaging of pre-weighed vegetables, fruits and herbs in individual bags. It forms a package from a roll film, feeds the product into the packaging chamber, seals and cuts off the film.

The machine works with heat-sealable materials (BOPP, CPP, polyethylene, etc.) and can be integrated with weighing systems, elevators or manual feeding. Adjustable speed, high accuracy and stability ensure efficient operation even at high volumes. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel and meet the sanitary requirements of the food industry.
