How the equipment works:

The operator manually feeds the product into the loading cylinder of the appropriate diameter. To obtain oval slices, a separate inclined loading cylinder is provided, which changes the position of the product relative to the knife. Under its own weight, the product smoothly descends to a horizontal disc knife, which evenly cuts slices of a given thickness.

The thickness of the slicing is infinitely adjustable in the range from 1 to 8 mm, which allows you to adapt the machine to different technological processes and requirements for finished products. After cutting, the finished slices are automatically discharged through the receiving hole into the container or transferred to the next stage of the technological line.
