The STvega Chees Dicer H700 industrial machine is a professional high-efficiency equipment designed for precise mechanical cutting of hard and semi-hard varieties of cheese, as well as cheese products. packaging and production workshops, where the priority is the impeccable presentation and uniformity of finished products.
Principle of operation:
Before starting work, the operator sets the necessary operating parameters through the touch screen on the control panel. The product is placed in the receiving compartment, after which the chamber is automatically closed with a horizontal lid. The pusher piston feeds raw materials to the cutting apparatus, consisting of a knife frame and a cutting mechanism. The product is pressed through the frame, cut into uniform strips. The final cut is carried out by a unique double-edged knife: thanks to the sharp sharpening on both sides, it makes an incision both when moving down and when returning up. This eliminates the “idle” of the mechanism and allows you to significantly increase the productivity of the machine. The cut product enters the container for finished products through the conveyor.
Note: For the operation of the pneumatic units of the machine, it is necessary to connect an external compressor (air flow is minimal). The compressor is not included in the basic configuration.
