Principle of operation:
The machine works on the principle of a lathe. The operator fixes the product by placing it on the sharp rods of the rotating shaft on one side and clamping it with the head of the clamping mechanism on the other side. By pressing the pedal, the operator starts the engine and the shaft begins to rotate the apple. Next, the operator brings a knife, with which the skin is removed from the rotating product. After cleaning, the apple enters the container for finished products or is sent to the next stage of processing.
