Description
The STvega Apl Pel H500AU line is designed for pre-soaking and washing apples, their automatic feeding, peeling, core removal and, if necessary, slicing. The equipment provides stable productivity, high quality processing and allows you to fully automate the preparation of apples for further processing or packaging, significantly reducing the production cycle time without losing product quality.
Principle of operation:
At the first stage, the apples are loaded by the operator into the bathtub for pre-soaking and washing. After that, the product is automatically fed by a lifting mechanism to the conveyor, where each apple enters a separate transport cell. In each cell, the product is centered by a special mechanism that ensures the correct position of the apple before further processing. The operator carries out visual inspection and, if necessary, corrects the position of the fruit. Correct positioning is an essential condition for effective cleaning in the later stages.
Further, the apples are transferred from the transport cells to the loading bowls of the cleaning machine by a special mechanism. In the receiving area, each apple is automatically pricked onto the transport rod of the carousel feeding mechanism and fed into the cleaning area. During rotation, the floating peeling tool evenly removes the skin over the entire surface of the fruit. After cleaning, the upper and lower parts are trimmed to completely remove the remnants of the peel, after which a special knife removes the core. If necessary, apples can be additionally cut into slices.
The peel and core are automatically discharged by a separate conveyor to the waste container. The finished purified product is fed through the outlet compartment into the container for finished products or to the next stage of technological processing.
Note: the equipment requires an air compressor with a minimum pressure of 0.6 MPa and a capacity of 1 m³/min (not included in the scope of delivery, purchased separately).
