Description
The STvega BW H2400/3400 bubble bath is designed for delicate washing of vegetables and fruits in an aqueous environment without mechanical damage to the product. The equipment effectively removes contaminants, soil residues and impurities, preserving the natural structure, shape and appearance of raw materials.
The machine can be used both as part of production lines for the processing of fruit and vegetable products, and as a separate unit. The bubbling bath is also used to wash and cool food after heat treatment, in particular after blanching.
Principle of operation:
The bath is filled with water to a given level, after which the product is supplied to it. After starting the equipment, the air supply system creates a bubbling effect, as a result of which the product is evenly mixed in water and purified without intense mechanical stress. The speed of discharge from the bath is regulated by the operator by changing the speed of the conveyor belt using a frequency converter.
In the process of movement, the conveyor lifts the cleaned product in the direction of the unloading area. On the lifting section, the raw materials undergo additional washing using nozzles located above the conveyor belt, which allows you to wash off the remaining dirt and washing water. The purified product is fed to the next stage of processing or to containers for finished products. Draining, topping up or changing the water in the bathtub is carried out as needed, depending on the degree of contamination and the type of product being processed.
