Description

STvega Inspection Table WP series is a specialized conveyor equipment designed for final visual inspection and post-cleaning of vegetables, fruits, meat products and other raw materials. The table allows you to effectively organize workplaces for operators, ensuring high quality selection of defects and substandard before packaging or the next stage of processing. The modular design with dedicated working areas makes this equipment an indispensable element of lines, where manual quality control of the finished product is critical.

Principle of operation:

Raw materials are fed to a central conveyor belt, which continuously moves the product along the inspectors’ workplaces. Operators located on both sides of the table conduct a visual inspection of the product on boards for additional cleaning. Low-quality or damaged products are removed manually and dumped into special intake holes (pockets), through which they enter a separate container for waste. The inspected conditioning product continues to move along the belt to the unloading unit for further transportation or packaging. The design provides for the parallel work of several specialists, which allows you to maintain a high throughput of the line without losing the quality of control.
