Description
STvega Meatball Pro is a high-performance integrated solution designed to automate the processes of forming and transporting meat, fish and vegetable balls (meatballs, meatballs, meatballs). The line guarantees the production of products of an ideal spherical shape, identical in size and weight. The formed products are characterized by high density and perfectly retain their structure, which excludes deformation or crumbling during further heat treatment (boiling, frying) or shock frost.
Principle of operation:
Pre-prepared minced meat is loaded by the operator into a capacious receiving hopper. Inside the hopper there is a powerful auger that continuously mixes the raw materials and provides a uniform supply to the molding area. Minced meat under pressure enters the molding unit, where it passes through a matrix that sets the exact size of the product. At the outlet of the die, an automatic high-speed rotary mechanism with diaphragm knives precisely cuts a portion of minced meat, instantly forming a dense ball. The operator has the ability to independently adjust the screw rotation speed and forming rate using controllers on the control panel. The formed balls are automatically sent to the bath with water for pre-cooling, from where the lifting conveyor feeds them to the next stage of the technological process.

- The independent drive of the auger and the molding unit (electric motors with a capacity of 1.5 kW and 0.75 kW respectively) provides the ability to adjust the feeding and forming speed to achieve the ideal geometry and weight of each meatball.
