Description

The technology allows you to reduce the amount of air in the package and create a controlled gas environment, which helps to maintain quality and increase the shelf life of products.

The equipment is designed for automated lines for packaging fresh meat, minced meat, poultry, fish, seafood, hard cheeses and other products, for which stable parameters of the atmosphere inside the package and reliable sealing are important. The continuous principle of operation ensures automatic tray transportation, vacuuming, protective gas supply, thermal sealing of the film, its contour trimming and output of finished products.

How the equipment works:

The trays filled with product are automatically fed by the conveyor to the die area, after which the working chamber is hermetically sealed. First, atmospheric air is pumped out of the chamber and the internal volume of the package to the specified vacuum level. After that, the system supplies a shielding gas or gas mixture, replacing the removed air and forming a predetermined modified gas environment.

After the completion of vacuuming and gas filling, thermal sealing of the film is performed along the contour of the tray, followed by automatic trimming of its excess. Finished packages are removed from the working area by a conveyor, and the residual film is automatically wound on the collection shaft.

What ensures the efficiency of the machine:

• Deep vacuuming followed by gas filling allows you to effectively reduce the atmospheric air content in the package and form a given gas environment around the product.
• A high degree of atmospheric substitution helps to reduce the contact of products with oxygen and can have a positive effect on the preservation of its quality during storage.
• The dies are made of anodized 6061 aluminum alloy, and the working surfaces of the heating plate are Teflon-coated, which contributes to stable thermal sealing and reduces the risk of film sticking.
• Airtac pneumatic components and solenoid valves ensure stable operation of pneumatic mechanisms and precise execution of duty cycles.
• Schneider Electric electrical components are used in the automation system, ensuring reliable operation of the main electrical components.
• The use of PUXU100 industrial vacuum pumps in the L750V and PUXU63 in the L450V ensures fast air pumping out of the chamber and efficient operation of the vacuum system during MAP packaging.
