Description
The STvega Sorting H3000/5000 calibrator is designed for sorting and calibrating round and oval fruits, depending on their size. This equipment is suitable for products such as potatoes, plums, cucumbers, apples, carrots, nuts. It is advisable to feed fruits to the machine using a feed elevator-conveyor.
Principle of operation:
The calibrator is a conveyor of movable rollers that gradually increase the distance between each other and move the fruits along the machine. In the process of movement, the fruits fall between the rollers on the conveyor belt according to their size. The machine has four calibration zones that allow products to be divided into four sizes, each of which is directed to a separate output port. Sorted fruits are fed with a conveyor belt into a suitable container.
