Description

The STvega Dry System F480 drying dehydrator is designed for meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms, herbs, tea, marshmallows, as well as for the manufacture of dried chips, dry rations and long-term storage products. Highly efficient heating with accelerated air exchange inside the cabinet ensures uniform blowing of warm air to all trays, which contributes to fast and high-quality drying of products. This equipment is widely used in cooking, restaurant business and food production enterprises.

Principle of operation:

The operator lays out the product on pallets, which are installed in drying racks. The racks are placed in a drying cabinet, where uniform drying takes place due to the constant distribution of heated air throughout the chamber. Heat-resistant fans are responsible for air circulation. After drying, the racks are rolled out, and the dried products are moved to the prepared container or to the next stage of processing.
