Description

The equipment provides continuous calibration of products and allows them to be quickly divided into separate fractions for further packaging, sale or technological processing.

The machine is suitable for working with potatoes, apples, plums, cucumbers, carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, taro, nuts and other fruits of similar shape. For maximum productivity, it is recommended to use a calibrator complete with a feed roller conveyor, which ensures a uniform supply of products to the sorting section.

How the equipment works:

The operator loads the products onto a roller feed conveyor, which evenly feeds the fruits to the calibration section of the machine. Next, the products are moved along a series of rollers, between which the distance gradually increases. As they move, the fruits, the size of which corresponds to a certain gap between the rollers, are carefully fallen down onto the corresponding conveyor belt.

Each calibration zone forms a separate fraction of products, which is automatically transported to its own discharge tray for further accumulation or packaging. The largest fruits pass through all calibration sections and are discharged through the final outlet of the machine.

• The roller calibration principle ensures careful sorting of products without shock loads, which minimizes mechanical damage to the fruit.
• Four independent calibration zones allow products to be divided into four separate fractions by size at the same time.
• Each fraction is equipped with a separate belt conveyor for automatic removal of products to containers or the next production operation.
• The adjustable conveying speed allows you to adapt the operation of the equipment to different types of products and easily integrate the machine into the composition of automated production lines.
• The feeding of products by means of a separate roller conveyor ensures uniform loading of the calibrator and the stability of the sorting process.
• The wheelbase with locks makes it easy to move the equipment and quickly install it on the production site.
• The working rollers are made of SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel, and the frame is made of painted carbon steel, which ensures the durability of the structure and meets the requirements of food production.
