Description

The STvega Dicer H4000 industrial vegetable cutter is designed for dicing and cutting into strips (french fries) both fresh products such as hard cheeses, vegetables, fruits, frozen meat and meat products (sausage, ham), as well as many other products. The machine is equipped with a remote control, it is possible to adjust the cutting speed depending on the type of product. The slicing thickness range is from 3 to 12 mm.

Principle of operation:

The product is loaded through the hopper, then enters the rotating rotor. Centrifugal force presses the product against the inside of the drum. The first knife cuts the product into slices, the size of the outlet hole determines the thickness of these slices. Next, the product falls on a block of disc-shaped knives, which cut it into bars. The size of the bar depends on the distance between the disc knives in the block. The third knife is a cut-off, cut into cubes. In the case of dismantling this knife block, the shape of the original product will be a bar. The cut product enters the container for finished products.
