Description

The equipment is equipped with a reliable electromechanical drive with a double clamping function of staples.The system simultaneously clamps two metal staples (U-clip): the first seals the upper part of the filled bag, and the second forms the bottom part of the next packaging sleeve in a single working cycle. The machine is suitable both for autonomous use and for integration into the composition of semi-automatic weighing and packaging lines.

How the equipment works:

Before starting work, a mesh sleeve of the required length is pre-stretched onto the supply pipe. The operator feeds a weighted portion of the product through the loading tray into the pipe, from where it is lowered under its own weight into the mesh sleeve closed from below. During filling, the operator smoothly pulls the mesh down, gathers its edge into a tight bundle and brings it into the clipping area.

Depending on the selected mode, the crimping is activated automatically when the optical proximity sensor is activated or when the foot pedal is pressed. An electromechanical drive based on an eccentric shaft simultaneously feeds two metal staples from the guide trays and presses the upper edge of the filled bag and the bottom of the next sleeve. The finished sealed bag is separated and moved to the receiving container, and the formed bottom of the mesh is ready for the next packaging cycle.

What ensures the efficiency of the machine:

• The formation of the bottom part of the next bag, the hermetic sealing of the current bag and their separation occur in a single working cycle, which significantly speeds up the packaging process.
• The precisely adjusted crimping force ensures a secure and durable fixation of the bracket without the risk of damage to the mesh material or polyethylene.
• The three-position switch allows you to quickly choose between automatic actuation from a non-contact optical sensor and controlled start using a foot pedal.
• Guide trays with special pressure weights ensure that the U-belt brackets are fed smoothly during intensive work.
• The desktop design and compact overall dimensions make it easy to integrate the clipper into any filling post or work line.
• The body and loading elements are made entirely of SUS 304 stainless steel, which guarantees durability and resistance to corrosion and chemical detergents.
