Description
STvega Vacuum Sausage Filler machines of the L3000/6000/9000 series are designed to automate the process of filling and portioning of sausage products. The equipment is suitable for working with various types of meat raw materials, including minced meat and pieces of meat, and can be used with a wide range of casings: natural, collagen, fibrous, animal and plastic.
Thanks to operation in a vacuum environment, the machine prevents oxidation of fats, hydrolysis of proteins and damage to fibers, which ensures a dense structure, the absence of air inclusions and the preservation of a pleasant taste of the finished product. The syringe can be used both separately for filling and portioning, and as part of automated production lines, connecting to twisters, broaching machines and clippers.
Principle of operation:
The raw materials are loaded into a large hopper, after which they are fed to the meat pump using a vacuum system. The servo drive ensures uniform and precise filling, eliminating sudden loads and loss of quality. The built-in vacuum pump creates a vacuum in the system, so that the product is not saturated with air during operation.
Further, the internal vane distribution pump performs the functions of filling, portioning and forming sausages under vacuum conditions. The machine provides accurate dosing in the range from 5 to 10,000 g. All processes are controlled by a modern control system with an Inovance controller and Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances, which guarantees stability and reliability of operation even under high loads.
