Description

The STvega TFM 40PL Automatic Tube Filling Machine is a high-tech equipment specially designed for precise dosing and hermetically sealing of plastic and laminated tubes. This model meets the strict requirements of the GMP standard, which allows it to be successfully used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries for packaging ointments, creams, gels and other viscous products. The design of the machine provides for full automation of all processes, including feeding, cleaning, labeling and finishing trimming of the tube, which guarantees high productivity and impeccable presentation of each unit of production.

Principle of operation:
The process begins with the automatic feeding of tubes from the loading hopper into the turntable holder, where, with the help of a photovoltaic system, they are precisely positioned according to the phototag. After cleaning the inner surface of the tube with compressed air, a high-precision dosing unit fills it with product, ensuring the cleanliness of the edges thanks to the residue cut-off system. In subsequent stages, the inside of the neck is heated with hot air and compressed with welding jaws while applying the date or batch number. The final stages include cooling the seam area with circulating water and mechanical trimming of excess material, after which the fully finished tube is automatically unloaded from the machine.
