Principle of operation:

The containers are fed onto a conveyor belt, which automatically transports them to the positioning unit. In the working area, a special mechanism precisely installs the lid on the neck of the container, after which the products pass under a series of rotating pressure rollers. Thanks to the precisely calculated force, the rollers evenly press the cover around the entire perimeter, ensuring its secure fixation until a characteristic click. The whole process takes place without stopping the conveyor and does not require operator intervention, which guarantees a continuous flow of finished products.
