Description
The STvega Automatic Corking Machine is designed for hermetically sealing bottles with natural or synthetic corks and provides consistent capping quality at high speeds. The equipment is suitable for enterprises of the wine industry, producers of cider, juices, vinegar and other beverages packaged in glass bottles with a cork-type closure. The machine makes it possible to fully automate the capping process, reducing the proportion of manual labor and increasing the overall productivity of the line.
Principle of operation:
The bottles are fed through a conveyor belt to the capping area, where they automatically enter the cells of the horizontal turret drum. Each bottle is fixed in its socket and fed to the central capping area.
At the right time, the bottle rises up, and the previously supplied cork is directed to the neck. A vertical pressure rod performs precise pressing of the cork into the bottle. After that, the bottle is lowered, and the drum returns, feeding the next bottle under the cork. Finished sealed bottles are returned to the conveyor and sent to the unloading area or to the next stage of production.
