Description

STvega Tray Sealer L280/400/520 is designed for vacuum packaging of products in shallow trays. Thanks to vacuum technology, a tight wrap with a film without air residues is achieved, which improves the appearance of the finished product and extends its shelf life without the use of preservatives. This type of packaging retains the shape, texture and attractiveness of the product, which is especially important for packaged products of the premium segment.

The machine features a compact design, equipped with a touch control panel, a programmable control system and a variable matrix that allows you to work with trays of different sizes.

Principle of operation:

The operator installs the trays with products in the molding matrix, after which he adjusts the cycle parameters using the touch panel and starts the process. The trays automatically move inside the vacuum chamber, where the built-in pump pumps out air. Thanks to the vacuum created, the tray with the product is tightly covered with a film, thereby forming a sealed package with an attractive appearance. Once the cycle is complete, the trays are brought out and the operator takes out the hermetically sealed product.
