Description
The STvega WC H5-30 automatic weighing dispenser is a highly efficient equipment designed to automate one of the most time-consuming processes in the pre-sale preparation of vegetables and fruits. The machine provides precise batch packaging of a wide range of products: from potatoes and carrots to apples and citrus fruits.
Due to the high accuracy of digital control systems, the dispenser minimizes the overconsumption of raw materials at each packaging cycle. Principle of operation:
The product from the receiving hopper is fed to a system of two independent conveyors operating in coarse and precise dosing modes. At the first stage, the bulk of the product is quickly fed into the weighing bucket, after which the speed is automatically reduced for accurate “topping up” of individual units. The digital load cell instantly reads the weight, and when the set value is reached, the system unloads the portion into a container (bag, mesh or bag). All parameters are controlled via a touch panel, where the operator can change the portion weight or feed speed in seconds.
