Description

STvega Pork Rem HA series is an industrial automatic type equipment designed for fast, accurate and efficient separation of leather and films from various types of meat raw materials (mainly pork and bacon). Due to the presence of its own conveyor system, the machines of this series are designed for continuous integration into high-performance boning and dismantling lines of large meat processing plants and processing shops, but can also be used as autonomous workstations. Process automation allows you to minimize the participation of the operator, eliminate the human factor and ensure the maximum yield of the finished product.

Principle of operation:

The operator lays the prepared piece of pork meat (or a layer of bacon) skin down on the loading belt conveyor of the machine. The conveyor automatically transports the raw materials to the cutting area. In the working area, the product is picked up by the lower driven corrugated shaft, and securely fixed from above with a special toothed pressure roller. Thanks to the general shock-absorbing suspension, the entire shaft automatically adapts to the thickness of the formation, providing stable pressure of raw materials to the working area without its displacement. At this point, a sharp knife exposed with high precision cuts the skin. The separated skin is automatically discharged into the lower waste compartment, and the cleaned meat or fat is removed by the discharge belt further down the technological chain.

  • The drive working shaft with a deep grooved notch provides perfect grip on the skin, preventing it from slipping during cutting.
  • A wear-resistant industrial knife made of alloy steel and a convenient double-sided lever system allow you to smoothly and accurately adjust the thickness of the cut in the range from 0.5 to 5 mm to minimize the loss of valuable raw materials.
  • The body, conveyor frames and main assemblies are made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel SUS304, which guarantees a long service life of the equipment in conditions of high humidity and aggressive washing.
