Description

Semi-automatic tray sealer STvega Tray Sealer L331 is designed for vacuum packaging of products in shallow trays or on flat cardboard substrates with subsequent sealing with film. The machine forms skin type packaging, which is widely used in the food industry for packaging meat, fish, seafood, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, fruits and ready meals.

During packaging, the film adheres tightly to the surface of the product under the influence of vacuum, exactly repeating its shape. The air from the chamber is completely removed, which minimizes contact with oxygen and slows down the oxidation and spoilage processes. As a result, the product retains its natural color, texture and freshness, and the finished packaging looks neat, presentable and securely fixes the contents in the tray. This packaging format increases the commercial attractiveness of products, facilitates transportation and allows you to increase the shelf life without the use of preservatives.

Principle of operation:

The operator installs the product trays in a special mold inside the vacuum chamber. After that, the film is manually stretched over the trays, and the chamber is closed with a lid. After the cycle starts, air is pumped out, and then the film is automatically sealed to the trays in a vacuum environment. After the process is completed, the operator opens the chamber, cuts the film around the perimeter of the trays and takes out the finished packaged products. The packaging has a presentable appearance and provides reliable protection of the product.
