Principle of operation:

The operator installs the product in the loading mold with the processing knife. With the help of a compressor, air is pumped into the device, when the operating pressure is reached, the operator opens the valve, the pusher is lowered onto the product under the action of compressed air, creating pressure on the knife, and then returns to its original position. The product cut in this way is sent to the prepared container under the influence of gravity.
