Description
STvega Washing Machine Pro VN L2700/3700/4000/4100 is designed for contactless washing of salad products, as well as vegetables and fruits (whole and cut) in a bath of water without damaging products with a capacity of up to 1000 kg per hour. The machine is designed in such a way as to wash the product as efficiently as possible from all sides without mechanical contact, without damaging the product. For this, a vortex water stream is used, which draws the product under water and thanks to which the product is washed from all sides.
Principle of operation:
The washing bath is filled with water, after which the operator turns on the operation of the vibrating panel, water pump and top drum. The rotating drum is guaranteed to immerse the product under water, thereby ensuring its high-quality washing, and fine fraction, debris, which then enters the filter through its perforated shell. The water pump pumps water, which is constantly circulating in a closed system. Water is supplied under pressure to the washing area, with the help of a water supply valve and special knobs, it is possible to adjust the direction, speed and speed of rotation of the product in the water stream, depending on the contamination of raw materials and the goals of the technological process.
After the product has passed the washing stage, it enters from the area of the washing bath to the vibrating panel. Due to vibration, the product is constantly turned over, while the washing nozzles placed above the vibrating panel qualitatively flush the product from all sides. Also, due to vibration, lettuce leaves or herbs stuck together after washing are separated, a smooth and uniform supply of material to the next node is ensured.

Top drum for removing illiquid particles
The top drum is designed to completely immerse the product under water and remove various small particles that collect with the foam on the surface of the water.

Mechanism for collecting finefractions
The bottom filter gets rid of various impurities, insect deposits and other small particles that can accidentally get into the product. Also, this mechanism serves to filter out small particles of the product (salads).

Eddy Water Flow Regulation
With the help of knobs, you can adjust the speed, direction and movement of the spiral flow of water. Thus, it is possible to adjust the residence time, immersion depth, speed of movement, as well as the speed of rotation of the product in the water stream.

Valve that regulates the water supply
Designed to regulate the water supply pressure. During the gradual shut-off, the pressure of water entering the washing bath through the nozzles installed in its end part decreases, thereby slowing down the speed of product movement.

Rinse nozzles
Suspended sprayers supply pressurized water for final rinsing and rinsing of preparations used to process products.

Vibration module at the output of products
After washing and rinsing, the product enters the vibration module. The module uses motors with a high vibration frequency and strong double springs. Provides a smooth and uniform supply of material to another unit.
