STvega Apricot Pitting F3000 plum and apricot pitting machine

The STvega Apricot Pitting F3000 industrial deseeding machine is designed to effectively remove seeds from plums and apricots. The equipment works carefully, preserving the integrity of the fruit and without damaging its pulp.

The STvega Apricot Pitting F3000 is best suited for working with fresh fruit, however, it also provides excellent results when working with partially thawed frozen fruit.

Principle of operation:

The operator loads the calibrated fruits into special silicone bowls that transport them to the pitting area. The stone is removed with the help of knockout elements, after which the peeled fruit is sent to the outlet for the finished product. The removed bones are transported to a separate waste container using a special conveyor. The productivity of the machine depends on the type, variety and size of the fruit.
