Description
STvega Dicer Village Potatoes H Series Machine Designed for cutting potatoes and other vegetables and fruits into slices (rustic style). This equipment is great for slicing cucumbers, carrots, eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes, apples and other vegetables and fruits of round and oblong shape.
It is possible to choose a model for cutting a product with a certain diameter and a certain number of slices. The size of the window for the passage of the product is made according to the client’s technical specifications, depending on the type of product.
Principle of operation:
For slicing by machine, high-quality disc knives are used, each of which is driven by a separate 550 W electric motor. For slicing, it is necessary to lower the product into the loading hopper through the feed hole. Once on the disc knives, the product is cut into slices and unloaded, falling into the prepared container.
