Description

STvega DSC H300 is an automatic machine designed for fast mechanical peeling of potatoes. The work of the cleaning unit is based on the abrasive principle of processing raw materials. The thickness of the top layer removal and the overall level of technological waste directly depend on the variety of root crops, their condition (young, mature or old potatoes), as well as on the shape and geometry of the tubers themselves. batch of raw materials to achieve the maximum quality of peeling with the lowest possible level of technological losses of the product.

Principle of operation:

The process begins with loading a portion of raw materials into the working hopper of the machine.
