Description
The STvega Corn Pel H300 semi-automatic machine is designed to remove kernels from corn cobs. The design imitates the principle of imitation of manual peeling, so that the grain retains its shape and is not damaged. The threshing depth is adjustable depending on the size and maturity of the corn.
The equipment is suitable for both fresh corn and product after freezing. The machine can be used with or without a conveyor. For ease of use, a reverse is provided, which allows you to quickly release the camera in case of a head of cabbage jam.
Principle of operation:
To fix the cobs, a special elastic material is used to prevent damage to the grain surface during feeding and clamping. Before loading, the corn cob must be cleaned of wrapping leaves and fibrous residues.
The operator feeds the head of cabbage into the loading hole or onto the conveyor belt (if it is included in the package). The threshing depth is adjusted according to the type and size of corn. In the process of operation, the grains are separated and enter the container for finished products through the unloading hole, and the cobs are discharged from the side of the machine into the waste container.
Equipment advantages:
- The use of soft elastic material in the fixation unit protects the grain from damage during removal.
- The adjustable threshing depth ensures adaptation to different sizes and varieties of corn.
- A reverse mode is provided, which allows you to quickly eliminate head jams without disassembling the equipment.
- All parts in contact with the product are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, which meets sanitary standards.
The company provides full warranty and after-sales service.
