STvega HCP 3000 industrial machine for pitting cherries. Designed to remove seeds from cherries, cherries, olives and other berries and fruits. Can be used in fruit and vegetable processing plants (primarily in refrigeration and canning industries).
The cherry pitting machine is primarily designed to separate the seeds of fresh berries and fruits, although excellent results are also achieved when pitting frozen fruits. In this case, deep-frozen fruit must be partially thawed before removing the seeds.
The STvega HCP 3000 cherry pitting machine is designed as a compact structure resting on massive steel plates on both sides. All other parts of the machine are installed on this structure. The bone breaker panels are made of special SUS 304 stainless steel, resistant to fruit acids, with holes adapted to certain types and varieties of fruit.
Principle of operation:
With the help of the operator, the product enters the calibration tape, where it is placed in cells. Next, with the help of spring mechanisms, the bone is removed. The cleaned product is then followed by a conveyor belt for further processing. The bones of the product are moved to a special compartment.
The productivity of the machine may vary depending on the type and variety of fruit, as well as depending on the size of the fruit.
