Description
The STvega Del Wash F30 brush sink is designed for washing vegetables, fruits, berries with delicate processing (washing with nozzles and brush polishing), has a high productivity – up to 1500 kg/h. It is widely used for delicate washing of products such as carrots, turnips, cucumbers, eggplants, mushrooms, cauliflower, peppers, garlic, apples, pears, dates, oranges, lemons.
This equipment can be used as a separate machine or built into a production line for peeling/processing fruits and vegetables in agricultural enterprises, farms, food and processing industries.
Principle of operation
The basic principle of the machine is to use pressurized water and roller-type brushes. The raw material moves forward along the brushes, constantly rotating, water is sprayed from above with the help of high pressure through the nozzles, due to which there is a delicate cleaning of dirt and dust without damaging the structure of the product. Used water is driven through the filtration system and reused, which makes it possible to significantly reduce water consumption and improve economic performance. After washing and cleaning, the product is sent through the outlet compartment to the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process.
It is possible to manufacture a machine with different parameters depending on the needs of the client.
