Description

The STvega LDFS H60 slicer is designed for delicate slicing of fresh meat into slices or strips. It can be used both independently and as part of a production line in catering establishments, restaurants, supermarkets, as well as at enterprises for the production of meat and fish products in the food and processing industries.

Principle of operation:

The product is stacked on a conveyor belt by the operator or loaded using a feed conveyor. Then it enters the slicing area along the conveyor belt, where disc rotating knives cut it into slices of a given size. The thickness of the slicing is regulated by the distance between the cutting knives in the block. The cut product falls into the container for finished products or falls on the conveyor for further processing. A unique advantage of this machine is the ability to simultaneously cut two products of different widths thanks to two feed conveyors with different conveyor belts.
