Principle of operation:

The product is moved by a conveyor belt through the detector feed-through window. The system automatically analyzes raw materials for the presence of iron particles, non-ferrous metals or stainless steel. If a foreign body is detected, sound and light alarms are instantly activated. If necessary, the machine can be equipped with an automatic rejection system (pusher), which removes the contaminated product into a special tray without stopping the line.
